As a strategic marketing partner to the firm, Rachel helps guide the initiatives that drive IREA's brand growth, market presence, and client engagement. By combining the firm's longstanding commitment to integrity and client service with modern marketing strategy and digital outreach, she helps ensure that every marketing effort supports both business development and an exceptional client experience.
Over the years, Rachel has led key initiatives that have strengthened IREA's visibility and expanded its reach, including the firm's website redevelopment, social media strategy, client outreach programs, and broader brand modernization efforts. She continues to oversee the development of marketing campaigns and property presentations, guiding projects from research and positioning through offering memorandums, digital advertising, and transaction announcements.
Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, visiting art museums, and spending time with her husband and sons.
