Alec Daghlian is a Vice President at IREA, specializing in investment properties, multifamily, retail, industrial, and development opportunities across Utah and nationwide.

Born and raised in the Avenues of Salt Lake City, Alec brings a deep understanding of the local market and its evolving landscape. With over 20 years of family legacy in real estate and more than 9 years of personal experience in property management and commercial real estate, he offers a rare blend of insight, preparation, and hands-on expertise. Alec has successfully managed, marketed, maintained, and developed over 200 units and completed more than 50 transactions to date. His diverse background, strong market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to his clients make him a trusted advisor for investors navigating today’s dynamic real estate market.

Fluent in Armenian and raised in the restaurant industry, Alec developed a strong foundation in hospitality and customer service—skills that now fuel his client-focused approach. A proud alumnus of the University of Utah, Alec currently serves as President of the Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter. Outside of real estate, he enjoys boating, world travel, playing tennis and pickleball, and making frequent trips to his favorite destination—Lake Powell.
